Author Interview: Jenn Nixon

Once again this week, I stumbled across an author on Twitter who is releasing a new book. @jennnixon is a veteran indie, with four novels under her belt (including one self-published). To help her kick off her fifth book launch, I invited her to join me here for an author interview. Enjoy! 1. You have Author Interview: Jenn Nixon

Author Interview: Breeana Puttroff

Once again, Twitter introduced me to an interesting, supportive fellow writer in @BPuttroff who helped me #wordmonger my way to a NaNo win this year. In our writing sprint breaks she was kind enough to share some of her work, and I got to beta read what promises to be an excellent follow-on to Seeds Author Interview: Breeana Puttroff

Review: A Walk in the Snark

I found @rachelintheoc on Twitter, recently, as seems to be a developing pattern for my new author finds these days. She’s funny, engaging, and real—there, as on her blog. She was running a pre-Christmas promo to help boost her books’ visibility, and announced on Twitter that she was giving away her book in an effort Review: A Walk in the Snark

Review: Chasing the Sunset

I found this because author Barbara Mack is part of my Triberr tribe, and has been running a promotion for her book right before Christmas–and I’m certainly loathe to turn down the opportunity for a free read. She’s also on Twitter at @DeliciousFare, where she shares cooking tips and recipes (and, lately, her excitement over Review: Chasing the Sunset

Author Interview: Russell Blake

I’m thrilled to keep finding authors who are willing victims for my fun-with-interview questions to fellow authors: This time, it’s multi-best-seller Russell Blake. He released An Angel with Fur this October, and my other Twitter buddy @JustinBog gave it a glowing review. Given the book’s high sales rank and glowing reviews on Amazon, I doubt Author Interview: Russell Blake

Author Interview: Carolyn Arnold

Once again Twitter has granted me a new author contact. Carolyn Arnold (on Twitter at @Carolyn_Arnold) is doing a book release blog tour to promote her third title and was kind enough to accede to an author interview here (where I’m frantically trying to stay on top of my Nanowrimo word count this month). Enjoy! Author Interview: Carolyn Arnold

Review: Space Junque

Today on Twitter, @evilmynx @PavartiKTyler shared a review of a book currently on sale at Amazon… for FREE. I’m a sucker for free, given all our many expenses, and Pavarti’s review was so good I had to see for myself what the fuss was about. It was totally worth the gushing! I had a hard Review: Space Junque

Review: The Whole Truth

Author Jim Murdoch contacted me to review the omnibus edition of his two paperbacks, Living with the Truth and Stranger Than Fiction, which he’s released as an eBook, available only via Smashwords. In specific, he was looking for a critique of the story arc across the two books. From that perspective, this is an easy Review: The Whole Truth
